Custom elements (mounts, brackets, plates, etc)

Description

Do you need any specific component, mount, bracket, cover, or any other item that you can draw or describe? If so, it can be made for your special request. Please contact us using the contact page and we may discuss your request in detail. You may draw your item using just a pencil and paper and scan it, or you can use any modeling software, that is capable to create STL (stereolithography) format files. If you like programming or writing scripts OpenSCAD may be your choice. If you prefer drawing, then Google Sketch Up, FreeCAD, or Autodesk Fusion 360 can be the software you would like to use. The model may be also created by us basing on your description – it will be then sent to you for acceptance.

Once we know briefly your requirements, then we will be able to name a price for it. Currently, the maximum size of custom elements we are able to make is 270x200x200mm. Items are printed with Impact PLA material, that is durable, resistant to atmospheric conditions, and may work in the temperature range -40°C to +80°C.

Jeśli potrzebujesz jakiś element, mocowanie, łącznik albo dowolny inny element, który potrafisz opisać albo narysować – może on zostać wykonany na specjalne zamówienie. Skontaktuj się z nami używając formularza kontaktowego. Wymagany element możesz narysować ołówkiem na kartce papieru, albo użyć programu do tworzenia modeli 3D, który ma możliwość eksportu modelu do formatu STL (ang. stereolitography). Jeśli lubisz pisać programy, to OpenSCAD może być dobrym wyborem. Wśród programów do graficznego tworzenia modeli 3D można użyć np Google Sketch Up, FreeCAD albo Autodesk Fusion 360. Model może zostać też stworzony przez nas na podstawie opisu – zostanie od wtedy wysłany do akceptacji.

Kiedy będziemy z grubsza znali wymagania, możliwe będzie wycenienie wykonania elementu. Obecnie maksymalny rozmiar wykonywanych elementów to około 270x200x200mm. Komponenty drukowane są z materiału Impact PLA, który jest wytrzymały, odporny na warunki atmosferyczne, oraz może pracować w zakresie temperatur od -40°C do +80°C.
