Description

Focuser motor mounting bracket is made in a 3D printer. The material used is Impact PLA that is durable, resistant to atmospheric conditions and can be used in the temperature range -40°C till +80°C. The bracket is designed to mount a stepper motor with 1:10 reduction, which rotates a microfocusing shaft. The effective gear ratio is 4800 steps per main focuser revolution (assuming the microfocuser is 1:10). You may read more about focusing motor solutions in this entry.

This focuser motor bracket is mounted using a clamp around microfocuser housing. It is designed to the housing diameters 25mm or 33mm, and a microfocuser shaft of diameter 2.5mm or 4mm (needs to be selected). Please contact us if you need a different dimensions bracket.
