4. Ordering & Payment

To place an order, the Customer must provide complete and accurate information including: name or company name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and telephone number.

Order processing begins once we receive a positive payment authorization.

5. Pricing & Tax

All prices shown in the store are final and include applicable VAT for EU B2C customers.
For B2B customers within the EU, a valid VAT number allows VAT-zero invoicing under the EU reverse charge mechanism.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide shipping is available through postal services, courier services, and parcel lockers where available.

EU: 2–8 business days
International: 6–24 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
The Customer pays return shipping costs unless stated otherwise by local law.

7. Returns & Withdrawal Right (B2C)

B2C Customers have the right to return the purchased Goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

the item must be unused,
returned in the original packaging,
in the same condition as received,
include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Goods custom-made or produced to the Customer’s specification are not returnable.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned Goods, we will notify you about the refund status.
Approved returns will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refund processing times may vary by payment provider.

8. Returns Policy for B2B Customers

B2B Customers may return products only if:

the product is defective, or
the product has been damaged during delivery.

Returns for convenience (no reason) are not accepted for B2B purchases unless agreed individually.

9. Warranty

All products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty.

In case of a defect, the Customer should send:

a description of the issue,
supporting photos or videos,
proof of purchase,
contact details.

Warranty claims are processed within 14 business days after receiving all required information.

Defective Goods will be repaired or replaced with a new equivalent product.

10. Limitation of Liability

Astrojolo is not responsible for:

indirect or consequential damage,
damages caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repair,
failure caused by external equipment.

For B2B Customers, liability is limited to the value of the order.

12. Personal Data & Privacy

Customer personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
We collect only the data necessary to process orders, payments, shipping and provide customer support.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
In case of major changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new Terms take effect.
