Return Eligibility
- You may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items custom-made or modified upon the customer’s request do not qualify for return.
How to Return
- To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form on our website. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once we confirm the return and receive the item, we will inspect it.
- We will notify you by email about the status of your return and refund.
Refunds
- If the return is approved, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
- The refund will be processed as soon as the inspection is completed. The time until you see the refund depends on your payment method and your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty & Defective Items
- All products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
- If the product is defective or damaged, submit a complaint containing the defect description, photos, and your contact details.
- We will review the complaint within 14 business days.
- If accepted — the product will be repaired or replaced with a full-value equivalent.
Additional Notes
- Keep proof of postage/shipping until you receive the refund confirmation.
